Before you book
Questions we get most often
No. Every treatment is worked by hand and adjusted to your skin on the day. The stronger levels can feel warm or tingle for a few minutes, and if anything is uncomfortable we change it while you are still on the couch.
For most levels, none: you go straight back into your day. The strongest levels can leave the skin slightly pink for a few hours, so we plan those around your week rather than spring them on you.
Endospheres and pressotherapy are not suitable during pregnancy. For facials it depends on the direction and the level, so tell us when you book and Olena will choose a protocol that is safe for you.
Then we change it. Every protocol has a review halfway through, and both the direction and the level can move with your skin. Nothing is decided for good at the first visit.
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to move or cancel. Call or message us as soon as you know, so the appointment can go to someone who is waiting.
