Before we treat your skin, we read it.
One hour and forty five minutes with Olena: a full skin diagnostic, your first treatment, and a written plan you take home.

What happens in those 105 minutes
We talk first.
Your skin, your history, what you have tried, what your days actually look like. Most skin problems have a habit behind them, and we would rather find it than cover it.
We look properly.
A structured analysis of hydration, barrier condition, sebum, pigment, sensitivity and tone. You see what we see.
We treat.
Your first treatment is built on what the analysis showed, so nothing about it is generic. LED therapy and a scalp massage are part of it, as they are in every treatment here.
You leave with a plan.
Written down: what we did, what we recommend at home, and what a course would look like if you want one. No pressure to decide in the room.
A direction, not a product list
We do not sell single treatments as a cure. Skin responds to consistency, and one appointment, however good, is one appointment.
So the first visit ends with a direction rather than a product list. Four directions cover what skin asks for most often: Glow for dullness, Clarity for congestion, Firmness for tone and contour, Calm for sensitivity. Each one runs at four levels of intensity, and the level is chosen for your skin rather than sold to you as an upgrade.
That is what a protocol is: a planned course, a review halfway through, and home care that carries the result between visits.
Explore the four directionsMeet Olena
Korean skin care rests on one idea, and it is the reason I went to Korea to study it: healthy skin solves most of its own problems.
So instead of chasing each concern separately, we build the foundation. Hydration first, then the barrier that holds it, then tone and resilience. When skin is properly hydrated and its barrier is intact, it calms down, it regulates itself, it starts to reflect light again. Redness settles. Congestion loosens. Texture evens out. Not because we attacked those things, but because the skin was finally able to.
This is slower than a treatment that promises everything on Friday for Saturday. It is also the only approach I know that gives a result which lasts and still looks like you. I have no interest in making anyone look treated, or younger, or like someone else. My work is to bring out what is already there, because the way your skin looks when it is genuinely well is more beautiful than anything that can be imposed on it.
That philosophy shapes everything here: the length of the first visit, the protocols rather than one-off appointments, the written home care plan, the Korean cosmeceuticals I bring in directly, and the equipment I chose for delivering actives properly rather than for making a spectacle.
